Education Leaders

ELs are Head Teachers or senior school improvement advisers with significant education leadership experience that provide a range of school-to-school support and coaching and mentoring for Head Teachers and Governors.   ELs are used to improve the leadership capacity of schools or to support particular areas of school improvement need.  The Alliance ELs were designated National Leaders of Education or Local Leaders of Education in the former Teaching School Alliance Model.
