Lynne has worked as a Headteacher for 15 years in two local authorities.  She was an LLE in Warwickshire LA and is a NLE working within Solihull LA.  Lynne has also run a very successful private nursery setting for children aged 0-5 years

Lynne Has an NPQH and a Masters Degree in School Improvement.

She is a trained facilitator for NPQ programmes and she has supported both middle and senior leadership programmes.

Lynne is qualified as a Pupil Premium Assessor and she has supported a number of schools in the DfE Strategic School Improvement Fund programmes.

 

Current Leadership Responsibilities:

Lynne is a successful and experienced leader within the primary setting having led a school from requires improvement to good with outstanding features.  Her last appointment was of an outstanding infant school which she led to a National Support School and then to a Teaching School.  She works closely with other Teaching Schools within Solihull and is a member of the Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Strategy Board.

Lynne is now the Head of Teaching School for Unity Teaching School Alliance and is passionate about ensuring all children get the best possible chances and outcomes within their primary school settings.
