Specialist Leaders of Education

Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) are outstanding middle and senior leaders who have the skills to support individuals or teams in other schools.  Each SLE will have met strict designation criteria and has proven expertise in their specialist area.  All Unity TSA SLE's have all undertaken training in conducting 'deep dives' and coaching methods.

Some of our SLEs are designated 'Senior SLEs', these members of staff have an additional  strategic role within the Alliance, undertaking planning for the annual CPD programme and quality assuring the work of other SLEs in their subject area.

If you would like further information or to access support from one of our SLEs please contact the Unity TSA office.
