Unity IT Services

Unity IT Services provide a number of our schools with an alternative ICT support solution. We provide a dedicated technician team and network manager, offering advice and assistance in the procurement and implementation of new and existing technologies. 


We strive to provide consistent and reliable support and advice and all of our ICT team have experience of working in an education capacity.


Our service provides both proactive and reactive support for all devices and network infrastructure within schools.


Unity IT services are currently providing IT support and consultancy to the following Primary schools within the North Solihull collaborative:

  • Bespoke helpdesk system
  • Monitoring and housekeeping
  • Server and device maintenance 
  • Procurement advice and assistance
  • Remote access for staff
  • Interactive board support 
  • ICT advice and guidance
  • Product/system CPD for staff


We also work closely with schools ICT technicians ensuring that they have the tools and knowledge to support staff and ICT systems on a day to day basis. Regular technician meetings are held ensuring knowledge is shared and transferred among the schools.
